Halcyon Wellness Policies
A virtual consultation is required for all first-time clients, so that we can better understand your needs and create an optimal treatment plan customized just for you. Consultations are always free, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment or do not show, you will be charged a $50 fee. Please be sure to complete all requested forms prior to your consultation.
Deposits: A $100 deposit is required to book neuromodulator or ad hoc (not part of a package) appointments and is applied towards the final cost of your treatment.
Rescheduling: All rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time. For any requests made within the 72 hour window or for if you reschedule the same treatment greater than 3 tims, you may lose your deposit OR be charged a $100 rescheduling fee.
Late arrivals or No shows: If you are late to your appointment 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, you will lose your deposit OR be charged a $100 late fee. If you do not show up to your appointment for any reason, you will lose your deposit OR be charged 20% of the treatment cost (min $100).
Results: We do not guarantee the results of our services, as each individual may respond differently to the treatments provided. We do not have any control over the healing process or final outcome. All risks associated with our treatments and services is agreed upon and understood by the client prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is deemed to be a poor candidate for a treatment or service or if there are any reservations regarding the client’s understanding of the risks and process.
Payment methods: We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. We are also excited to offer 0% interest patient financing options for our clients through PatientFi.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds on services rendered. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
