A free consultation is required for all new clients so that we can obtain a full medical history and truly understand your goals and preferences before recommending a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you and your needs.
Yes! Consultations are always free. However, please refer to our Policies page on late appointments or no shows.
Consultations typically take around 30-45 minutes. We want to make sure we have ample time to thoroughly review your history, understand your goals, determine a recommended treatment plan, and answer any questions you might have.
We have had great success completing our consultations virtually and are not currently offering consultations in person.
Prior to your consultation you will receive an email asking you to fill out several forms. Please be sure to complete all forms prior to our visit to the best of your ability. This information is important as it helps us better understand your needs in order to recommend the most appropriate treatments customized to you.
We are currently using the Jane Video App for virtual consultations. The Jane Video App is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform created specifically for telehealth.
Consultations must be completed prior to booking any treatments in order for us to recommend the most appropriate treatment plan for you. Occasionally, we may recommend additional preparation prior to your treatment, which may also limit your ability to receive treatment on the same day as your consultation.
Due to high demand during our pop-ups, we might not be able to provide a full consultation during an event. However, we are more than happy to provide a free 5-minute beauty assessment during an event and can book you for a more thorough consultation for a future time.
